Sonra limon kabuğu rendesini ve limon suyunu ekleyelim. Mascarpone peyniri veya labne peynirini ve 2 yemek kaşığı kahve likörünü de ekleyip, iyice karıştıralım.Ilık olarak hazırlandığımız neskafeyi kalan kahve likörüyle karıştıralım. Kedi dili bisküvilerin yarısını bu neskafeye batırıp, ıslatalım ve 25-30 cm çapındaki tart kalıbımıza düzgünce dizelim.Peynirli karışımın yarısını bisküvilerin üzerine yayalım.
